The Global Potential of Subsea Mineral Resources

Based on published academic research and historical third-party oceanic surveys, scientists estimate that the ocean floor contains trillions of dollars' worth of critical minerals — including nickel, cobalt, manganese, and rare-earth elements, within polymetallic nodules and other deep-sea deposits.

While recovery of these materials has long been considered technically challenging, recent advances in subsea imaging, robotics, and remote-operated systems have made it increasingly feasible to assess and, in the future, access such resources responsibly.

Deep Sea Rare Minerals, Inc. is focused on the identification, assessment, and responsible exploration of subsea mineral resources to help support long-term domestic supply-chain resilience for the United States and its allies. The Company intends to evaluate potential exploration areas and collaborate with regulatory and scientific partners as part of its long-term development plans.
