Deep Sea Rare Minerals, Inc. (“DSRM”) is a U.S.-based company dedicated to the responsible development of subsea mineral resources. DSRM’s mission is to contribute to the secure supply of critical minerals essential to modern industry, renewable-energy technologies, and national defense.

On August 29, 2025, DSRM filed an application for exploratory licenses with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) under the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act. The application remains pending review.

DSRM is focused on research, analysis of historical survey data, and the formation of strategic relationships to support future exploration activities. Through its subsidiary, Deep Sea Vision LLC (“DSV”), DSRM is advancing the conceptual and technical framework necessary to enable future U.S.-based recovery operations for polymetallic nodules. Working alongside its engineering partners, DSRM aims to create and refine technologies that improve both subsea and surface-handling efficiency while maintaining the highest environmental and operational standards.

The Company’s mission aligns with recent U.S. policy initiatives supporting critical-mineral independence and responsible offshore resource development. In April 2025, President Donald J. Trump issued Executive Order 14285, “Unleashing America’s Offshore Critical Minerals and Resources,” directing federal agencies to streamline domestic permitting and encourage private-sector participation in offshore critical-mineral exploration and recovery. DSRM believes this renewed national focus strengthens the long-term foundation for responsible U.S.-based subsea resource development.
