Note: TheNexPage is a digital content platform. This policy applies to our premium subscription plans that provide enhanced reading and publishing features.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings page. Upon cancellation:

  • Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free tier after your paid period ends
  • Your published content will remain accessible, but content creation will be subject to free tier limitations

Refund Policy

TheNexPage offers the following refund options:

  • 7-Day Cooling Period: Full refund available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Monthly Plans: No pro-rated refunds for partial months of service after the 7-day period
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds may be available at our discretion within 14 days of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of subscription purchase
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

Service Interruptions
